How do you navigate coworkers and admin who do not feel diversity and inclusion matters in the classroom, and are unwilling to incorporate a more objective view of the curriculum? I have seen this issue personally within the teaching teams in schools. It can create a divide within the team especially when there is a majority that feel this way.
