What advice would you give to a Recruiter who is interested in breaking in to the DE&I sector? (Full disclosure: I’m a white cis woman and curious to know your opinion on someone like me working in this sector.) Is it appropriate / and or realistic for me to want to work in this sector? Or do you feel it’s a space that should be reserved for individuals who have experienced more direct discrimination and or lack of inclusion in their story such as POCs /LGTBQ?
