I am transitioning from one role in healthcare to another role in healthcare. I have difficulty networking with individuals who are open to this concept. It is hard for them to know my value because it is not their experience. I am applying to graduate programs to be considered for leadership roles. In the interim, I would like to start work in my new area of interest. It is like finding a needle in a haystack. Any suggestions?
