Do you have any suggestions for how to repackage our education (and experience) for when we don’t have the required (or typical) education for a position or career field? For example, if we have a BBA but not an MBA, how can we compete with the candidates who do have an MBA? Also, at what point in a person’s career do skills and experience outweigh a graduate degree?
