How do you best make a case for supporting the neurodiverse people on your team? During COVID, our office was 100% remote and I have found this type of environment worked amazingly for members of my team who benefited from being able to control their environment. Now that we are looking at coming back to in office, I want to be able to allow my team to continue this type of working arrangement, but I'm not sure how to best present it to upper management.
