Marketing & Sales teams claim to "get along" - but still all too often there are deep disconnects and finger-pointing exercises when campaigns or sales efforts don't bear the fruit that was (over)promised. So, what specific strategies & communication styles that embed real follow-through within both teams would you recommend, in order to have continuous communications that brings trust & mutual respect to both of these critically-important teams?
