What advice (If any) do you have for someone who comes from a background of leading teams and connecting various departments/teams in projects but is now getting more into software engineering? Looking to gain pointers on items I can be working on now to be a better leader of a diverse team to include engineers. I have heard stories of engineers who are not the best at leading teams and vice versa in teams being led by someone not wildly familiar with engineering.
