Hi Terry! :) To the point of the second bullet in the topic agenda...What ideas might you have about spreading the load and leaning in to receive or offer support when it seems like everyone feels burnout? I'm lucky enough to be on a supportive team with a super supportive leader, but get concerned for some of my partners who are on line late night and early morning (I guess we see each other on there!). I realize some of it is about boundaries, prioritizing, etc. Any other tips?
