I’m currently starting a Mindful Leadership ERG within my organization. It’s sponsored by our Human Capital Office but left up to me to run and manage. What started out as excitement and lots of interest prior to the ERG kickoff has definitely waned. I’m part of the federal government so we don’t have the normal avenues of using social media or chat capabilities to promote and help socialize. I’m curious to know if there are “old school” ways to garner that support and interest from others, especially being in a virtual, disconnected environment. Thank you!
