I'm a 50 years old Mechanical Engineer, MSc with a 22 years official professional and hands-on experience on a wide range of mechanical and electrical installations and previous managerial role at other critical industry, highly interested on a Data Centers construction or operation job role. I wonder if there is any (non admitted) age or lack of previous projects' experience (who did before getting hired anyway?) restriction in the certain industry, which make relevant applications not appealing to HR managers of certain industry?
