I'd love to learn more about your experience as a startup mentor at accelerator Techstars in Seattle. I would love to understand if that has influenced your career path at all. I see that you manage a team of 80 engineers and product managers. I imagine your life allows you to see/observe lots of very talented people, pitch ideas and bring them to fruition. Can you tell us about the path/characteristics of some of the most intelligent engineers that you manage?
