A start-up I worked for that was bootstrapped was constantly short on cash, to the point of not being able to issue paychecks in due time. Even in bigger companies I witness this issue that we need to execute on deliverables to get revenue, but we don't have funding available to work on the deliverables. Do you have advice on how to address the cash flow issue? What can a business owner setup from the start to fund growth without taking excessive debt risk?
