With all the changes in regulation regarding working from home and the increased risk of work related injuries due to ergonomics (lack of), how are small companies coping with this risk? (In British Columbia, Canada the ideal scenario is that the employer provides office supplies and monitors the remote employee to minimize the injury risk. That implies an additional cost for employers that some small companies can not afford)
