Even though work can be done from home, in doing so you lose out on the in-person connection and the ease that being together in one room creates. Games and apps that are aimed to connect the team are cute, but there's no real replacement to an in-person environment, both in team connection and in work convenience (you can ask your teammate a question without having to wait 20 minutes for them to answer you on slack). My question is... When it comes to remote work, do the benefits outweigh the losses? Is there any data on this?
