Should orgs be paying for items for employees who choose to permanently WFH - e.g. part of their wifi or provide a monitor, keyboard, desk chair, etc.? I'm thinking specifically of situations where we allow an employee to decide if they want to WFH 100% of the time and they decide yes. We'd provide this stuff if they came into the office so are we obligated to provide it if they WFH by choice?
