With most of my jobs, whenever I have spoken up or made suggestions, often times I would not be used again for the job or it would be communicated that I should not have spoken up. I was working as a "Gig Worker" on Special Events and Trade Shows. So I was often times working with people only for 3-4 days, but I always had a lot of ideas. Looking towards having a more full-time job, I do get concerned about being able to speak up or finding a work place that will be supportive of me being able to voice my ideas. So I am excited to hear about people finding ways to bring their whole selves to the table.
