At what point should you consider suing a company for age discrimination? If a company asks you to provide your education graduation dates? If you are told that you have "a LOT of experience"? If they hire someone younger than you? "she is 23 years old and she is very accomplished" was the response to her youth for an Assistant Director role at a state university. When should you give up looking for a job? Should we only aspire to be a "Greeter at Walmart"?
