I describe my work style as a “servant leader”. If I have work to delegate or a request, I ask with a “please, could you..?” And I position my pushbacks as questions with, “don’t you think it’ll be better if…?” My style is innate and has worked for me thus far, and I don’t see the need to change it. Having this in mind, how can I set and protect my boundaries while being “nice”? Thanks!
