It is exasperating to see the cost of PM training and certification in multiple methodologies, knowing that ultimately when you get a PM job in tech there will be a uniquely configured Jira instance you need to wrangle, typically with a spreadsheet. The PMBOK is huge, and in my experience it is not relevant to PMs on a daily basis. Can you give us a super high-level review of the hard skills that all PMs at a minimum can expect to need?
