For folks who are later-in-life diagnosed (I'm in late 20s), I am still figuring out what accommodations options I even have as well as figuring out which work for me. Where does the line get drawn in terms of employer vs employee responsibility to sus those out? (Also any resources that essentially list out accommodations, particularly for neurodiverse ADHD/ASD folks)
