I am a 34 years old, woman, with more than 10 years of experience in an area that complements the new Masters Degree and professional certifications I recently earned in order to change careers. I need experience in this new area in order to successfully transition to the career I want. However, I am being rejected from entry-level and junior opportunities because I am "too old"... Any tips? Should I start applying to mid-seniority roles, even if I don't tick all the right boxes?
