In a manufacturing company, what company core values would be most attractive to plant floor workers in Canada do you think.? ( And I don't mean DEI). For instance, we are a very young company with now 14 plant floor manufacturing staff. Our core values are in draft as we work with them and ask for feedback...mutual respect; honesty; thriving trust relationships; best practices; continuous improvement; prudent risk management; company pride.
Our culture statement is " We are creating a culture of trust and optimum performance in which it is ok to make mistakes but unacceptable not to learn from them." What do you think?
