Expedia Group is seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager with a passion for consumer facing products, eager to create the best of consumer experiences for driving discovery and improving conversions for the travel industry. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development of user journey for our web and native app, form hypothesis and validate by running Test pilot thereby improving the customer experience and driving the value by improving conversions for brand Expedia and its umbrella brands.
What You Will Do
Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for consumer facing products across web and native app in the travel sector
Market Research: Continuously monitor and analyze the market and competitive landscape to identify trends and opportunities for innovation
Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a clear product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and other teams to deliver high-impact capabilities and models
Data Utilization: Leverage data-driven insights to identify new product opportunities and optimize existing solutions
User-Centric Approach: Champion the user experience by ensuring products are intuitive, efficient, and customer-centric
Product Launch: Lead the successful launch of products and capabilities, from concept to market introduction
Performance Analysis: Monitor model performance and iterate based on user feedback and data analytics and organization goals
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights, establish partnerships, and drive product success
Who You Are
Experience: You have 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong background in enterprise facing products. Experience in digital advertising is is a big plus.
Innovative Thinker: You are a creative problem solver with a strong track record of driving innovation in product development
Data-Driven: You make decisions based on data and can effectively communicate your insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Strategic Vision: You have a clear strategic vision for how customer experience can transform conversion rates and create new monetization opportunities
Leadership: You have a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and inspire them to achieve ambitious product goals
Customer-Centric: You are passionate about understanding and meeting the needs of customers, and you advocate for user-centric solutions
Communication Skills: You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and can effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Adaptability: You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities
Execution Excellence: You have a track record of delivering high-quality products on time and on budget, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on achieving exceptional results
Bias to Action: You have a bias for action and are not afraid to make decisions and take calculated risks to drive the product forward, ensuring that innovation and execution go hand in hand
