09The Team: The Capital IQ Solutions Adoption and Retention team drives the adoption of new and enhanced products, capabilities, and integrations by delivering clear communication, self-service resources, and one-to-many training events. Additionally, the team has a keen focus on customer retention by continuously driving awareness of relevant product updates and workflow tools to positively impact product usage and account renewals. The team is part of the larger Capital IQ Solutions marketing team within Market Intelligence.
The Impact: By delivering the resources and communication needed to adopt and navigate our products with ease, we enable clients to maintain or enhance their daily workflows with minimal disruption to their productivity. You will partner with our cross-segment product and marketing teams to help deliver assets for products and solutions that provide value across our user population and help ensure our customers receive clear, consistent, and concise messaging on the current and future states of our products.

Responsibilities:
As a Capital IQ Solutions Marketing Specialist, you will collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to design, build, and deliver assets aimed at adoption and growing long-term usage patterns among existing cross-segment Capital IQ Pro users. This includes designing and maintaining engagements with users at important moments in the customer journey and measuring their success, including:
- Capital IQ Solutions release messaging and content
- Capital IQ Pro new user onboarding program content
- Capital IQ Pro newsletter + nurture campaign content
- New and existing Capital IQ Solutions integrations
- Webinar/event marketing to clients
- Capital IQ Solutions operational client communications
- Social media and digital campaigns
- Capital IQ Pro Certification program (Academy)
- Additional projects as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in marketing, customer service, or related field
- Customer-first mindset
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills of listening, empathy, and teamwork
- Confidence to communicate effectively with all seniority levels in the company
- Acute attention to detail and quality assurance
- Strong understanding of the personas we serve and how our products and solutions meet their business needs
- Strong copyediting skills in English
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to glean meaningful insights from a wide variety of data sources, and articulate the main takeaways
- Desire to continuously learn and upskill to keep up with the evolving customer experience ecosystem and new technology
- Keen awareness of the business goals and ability to prioritize projects and resources accordingly
- Must overlap with Eastern Time hours at least half of the business day (night shift); Flexibility to attend occasional meetings and events outside of normal hours to accommodate our global stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using Marketo
- Content Management System (CMS) or website management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic HTML coding experience
