Position Overview
The Channel Development Program Manager will provide support to the Channel Team, ensuring projects are implemented. Under the leadership of the Channel Development Manager, you will perform a range of tasks to help improve overall implementation of project goals and objectives. By working with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management, you will define project goals, develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress.
You will report to the Channel Sales and Enablement Manager. This role is located in the United States (remote).
Responsibilities
Project Management:
Track and report project metrics and trends to assist the Channel Team with project assessment/evaluation. Understand data, interpret results. Raise flags about potential issues with Organization Manager. Suggest solutions and implement, if appropriate
Help manage project budget. Track purchases related to the project and ensure bills are paid promptly
Contribute to program strategy, development, and implementation. Assist Organization Manager with preparing a variety of presentations to support the project objectives
Maintain and revise procedures to ensure efficient operation of the project, which may include processes for renewing contracts, processing applications, monitoring and tracking performance
Manage entire small or low budget projects under supervision of Organization Manager
Coordinate Program Activities:
Create, maintain and distribute program documentation, communications & training materials for internal and external stakeholders
Work with Organization Manager to jointly develop content to ensure information is distributed to partners and customers
Conduct briefings for channel sales team and partners on roll-out of sales programs
You will be a main contact for Autodesk employees and Channel partners on a variety of issues
Interface with Autodesk sales, marketing, legal, finance, operations, GCSO, EIS or third-party vendors on issues affecting the daily business and process improvements
Interact with SFDC and other Autodesk systems to track opportunities or cases and create multiple reports to monitor metrics
Support AMER channel leadership by providing insights on the channel business and programs to identify areas of improvement
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of Project and program management experience
Experience collaborating and engaging multiple stakeholders across departments
Lead teams to orchestrate and implement programs
Experience using tools to aggregate data into Dashboards, visualizations, storytelling (i.e. PowerBI, advanced excel, SFDC, Tableau)
