How will you make an impact in this role?
- Acquire new card members for American Express Charge Cards and Credit Cards through personal selling, telephone channels, and/or other channels that align with American Express' go-to-market strategy, in order to achieve individual and company sales targets.
- Maintaining good relationships with existing customers for potential prospect referrals, networking and billed business acquired (BBA)
- Using effective phone call and email to handle and answer customers queries.
- Applying the prospect lists provided by American Express properly and also seeking out the potential prospect lists from their own initiatives in which are aligned with the company control and compliance policies
- Complete tele-sales activities and/or sales activities to achieve targets and critical metrics as company assigned and record to Salesforce system.
- Preparing and submitting applications in a timely and accurate manner.
- Aligning with company and department rules, control, compliance policies and Market Conduct - Bank of Thailand (BOT)
- Perform any other duties assigned from time to time, participate in Events sometimes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Have experiences in direct selling or account management for premium products with provable record of success
- Strong self-management/disciplinary/motivation to achieve under ambitious target assignment
- Good speaking and communication skills, both Thai and English
- Ability to work independently with strong multi-tasking skill
- Good positive attitude and team spirit
- Collaboration to a positive team environment, focused on partnership and ownership
