Your Day to Day

As a People Business Partner you would be working on:

Operations --- You will follow up with inquires from the business, reporting, process education and advise/ support through HR issues that arise

Support --- Responsible for coaching, problem solving, partnership and relationship building to ensure alignment with company philosophy and moving the business forward

Execute --- Support the design and implementation of ad hoc HR initiatives such as org design, compensation reviews and recruitment

Provide --- Work closely with multiple levels of leadership within the Sales organization to provide advice and counsel on HR issues and challenges in a timely manner

What We’re Looking For

• As a People Business Partner, your background will look like
• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a global and cross-functional team
• Knowledge of HRIS software and systems (Workday a plus)

Annual Base Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 - $107,500.00

The above shows our ranges from minimum, midpoint to maximum. Your compensation will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for a variable pay component and benefits.
