Your Day to Day
As a HR Representative, you would be working on:
- Providing support to all employees of GoTo when it comes to HR related matters including processing new joiners, leavers and any other relevant employee related job changes
- Partnering and supporting the local People Business Partners in every-day matters
- Working in close collaboration with the Payroll Team to prepare monthly payroll
- Managing all GoTo related benefits
- Running the onboarding sessions
- Administering paperwork and information regarding cafeteria plans, payments, health services and job-related documents
- Supporting Hungary/UK/Ireland/Finalnd HRBP with HR related matters (new joiners, leavers, benefits, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
As an HR Representative, your background will look like:
- Very strong attention to detail
- A couple of years’ experience in similar position
- Good communication skills in English and Hungarian
- Precise, accurate work style, strong time management skills
- International HR Ops experience is a plus (supporting multiple countries remotely)
- Part-time employment: 20 hours/week
