Main Purpose of the role
This is an office-based role in a Global Electronics company.
The team of 5 in the UK Harlow office are responsible for the EMEA contractual stock rotations processes valued at more than €100M
This can be a hybrid role after the initial training/probation period.
Most of the contractual stock rotations are managed by the team of 3 in Bangalore but governed by the team in the UK.
A few of the high focus/value or more complex contractual stock rotations are managed by the team in UK, along with other processes such as EOL (End of Life) & projects.
The main role for the successful candidate will be to support and drive the Team based in Bangalore to complete the Contractual Stock rotation process to the agreed timescales.
The expectation is that the successful candidate will meet and exceed all key fiscal targets whilst operating with a Continuous Process Improvement mindset.

The position on offer sits within a team managing significant volumes of data and suppliers, working across an EMEA organisation on a common and complex IT platform (ORACLE ERP).
This role, in our experience, would best suit a candidate with an analytical mindset and the ability to think logically, look deep into issues to isolate the root cause and determine corrective action.
The ability to work independently to plan & prioritise heavy workloads in a methodical and well organised approach is vital to success as is accuracy, attention to detail and problem solving.

- Communicate closely with the Team in Bangalore to drive on time delivery/results.
- Be organised & plan ahead in order to ensure any scrap or return values are processed in a timely manner.
- Execute contractual Cash & Scraps / Stock Return agreements issued to Arrow in line with the Franchise agreement and any supplier deadlines.
- Responsible for completing any adhoc supplier returns as and when required, such as contract terminations, one off returns relating to quality issues, misdirected shipments, damaged parts etc.
- Work with the Asset Teams to ensure accurate parts selection to deliver the best result for Arrow.
- Ensure the Supplier Accounting Teams have the required detail to obtain the credit note from the supplier in a prompt and timely manner.
- Identify and resolve any contractual restrictions imposed by supplier and the impact associated with them.
- Continually improve processes used to deliver greater speed, efficiency and better results for Arrow
- Embed new processes into the team and improve existing processes to continue to add value and improve efficiency.
- Look at areas for automation.

Skills Required

- Has a track record of operating in a fast paced and results driven business environment.
- Excel proficient, can perform V-Lookups, Pivot Tables and write formulas to check for data integrity/logic
- Can work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Can demonstrate a high degree of accuracy.
- Is comfortable with a high workload in terms of volume and repetition.
- Is able to learn complex and multi-dimensional processes quickly (both computer system based & business process)
- Is able to present solutions as well as the issue.
- Takes ownership.
- Displays a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication skills through email & TEAMS audio & video calls with the ability to communicate on all levels and across different cultures.
- Candidates with a solid working knowledge of Power BI Reporting would be at an advantage to other candidates provided the above is met
