Reports to: Sales Operations Director
Description: We are seeking a Functional Architect to work with Business Stakeholders and IT organizations to lead requirements definition and functional design for GTM applications including Oracle CPQ, Oracle Subscription Cloud and SAP ERP.
This role will balance transformation responsibilities with operational responsibilities, as well as furthering the Future of Selling vision by undertaking global strategic projects from small to large scale. The primary stakeholders are Sales, Marketing, System Engineering, IT, Finance, and Services; being comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll be doing:
- Drive process management and process improvements that aligns with Juniper's business strategy and delivers desired business outcomes.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with effective stakeholder engagement and deliver short-term/long-term roadmaps to support evolving business needs.
- Defining optimized workflow for Juniper Subscription and Renewals Management Process to improve efficiency and effectiveness of personas across process areas.
- Work with sellers and other functional business areas to identify key business capability requirements.
- Partner with business organizations and IT to determine a functional integration design for Quote to Cash applications.
- Develop and document end-to-end processes and process-related artifacts such as business requirements documents, flow charts and solution designs.
- Provide training as needed to support end users.
- Change Management and roll out of new processes and/or changes to the current.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing business processes and solutions.
- BA/BS with emphasis in a related field (Information Systems Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science).
- Experience designing end-to-end processes that scale, particularly with respect to order management and installed base management.
- Extensive knowledge of business applications to support quote-to-invoice processes - Salesforce CRM, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Subscription Cloud, and SAP ERP.
- Comfortable with SaaS productivity tools such as GSuite, JIRA, SmartSheet, Visio, Slack, etc.
- Experience with EDI and business applications integration tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
- Understanding of Project management principles and concepts.
Minimum Salary: $123,750.00
Maximum Salary:$189,750.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $123,750.00 and $189,750.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper’s pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
