What you will do:
Establishes and maintains internal and external stakeholder trust by effectively addressing their concerns and advocating for their needs to further long-term interests.
Helps customers explore and understand their wider business challenges.
Uses understanding of current business processes, objectives and challenges to suggest solutions and improvements.
Acts as the information liaison to the business and the first point of contact as, well as, acts as a trusted advisor for the team.
Identifies methods for collecting data, performs data analyses and articulates findings.
Investigates information on a given question or problem to establish facts, reach conclusions and summarize findings.
Measures and assesses customer/stakeholder satisfaction and the efficiency and effectiveness of programs with data collection methods and procedures (e.g., surveys, opinion polls or questionnaires) or identify relevant existing data.
Creates and maintains applicable KPIs to drive action based on results.
Develops an in-depth understanding of the industry, including the key players and their success strategies.
Develops an awareness of industry issues, including trends and challenges or concepts..
Develops project schedule, defines timeframe, and prioritizes tasks to achieve project milestones and deliver intended objectives.
Identifies the type of resources required to support a project, and makes recommendations for specific people, technology, partners, etc.
Monitors progress and initiates actions to meet project milestones, timelines, specifications and requirements.
Keeps relevant stakeholders informed of progress toward or changes to task timing that impacts the project schedule.
Proactively manages risk, working with the team to anticipate new risks and leads mitigation planning.
Leads increasingly complex non-technical projects with some supervised work on ambiguous, adaptive programs.
Evaluates current projects or goals and identifies the relevant skills and expertise needed to accomplish them.
Plans for and distributes necessary resources to ensure accomplishment of program goals.
Tracks resource use to ensure minimal waste and reduce duplication of efforts.
Assesses bottlenecks in work processes within teams projects to streamline and simplify workflow.
Coordinates with team members and stakeholders (internal and external) to execute new ideas or approaches and achieve process improvement goals.
Compiles data and analyzes the impact of process changes.
Solves or recommends changes to policies and established procedures to create more efficiencies and add value for the immediate team, larger organization and customers.
Confirms comprehension and understanding of complex information (e.g., legal, operational risk, and regulatory data) by correctly and clearly answering routine questions.
Creates clear, concise and organized communication materials (e.g., policies & procedures, guidelines, presentations, messages).
Considers and understands the audience’s specific needs and comprehension level to determine the most appropriate message and delivery method, limiting or explaining technical language.
Leverages written and verbal communication skills to confidently convey program and business concepts to mid-level management.
Tailors communications (content focus, style, format, etc.) for different audiences as appropriate.
Who you are:
- Drives increasingly complex projects requiring coordination within an organization
- Excellent Communicator with top notch Organizational skills
- 3-5 years prior experience in Project and/or Program Management, Agile practices, business communications, and a general understanding of SDLC is required.
- Exhibit storytelling and persuasive influencing techniques that build trust with team and partners and establish long-term relationships.
- Proactively contributes to cross team partnership and alignment of work with other dependent teams.
- Show a high degree of independence, data-driven, and willingness to focus on getting things done.
- Can identify areas where efficiency and process improvement are needed within your project scope.
- Enjoy working with minimal supervision and seek opportunities for greater degrees of responsibility.
- Bachelor degree in Science or computer science or experience in related technical field is nice to have
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
