The Content Reviewer supports the editorial team in all aspects of editorial, product development, and requests for proposals, working to improve product development processes, workflows, and tools across teams and product lines.
Position Type : This is a regular , full-time position .
Compensation : Base pay is anticipated to be between $ 21.19 and $ 24.04 per hour. Eli gible employees may also receive incentive/commission/annual bonus pay based on individual and/or company performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, individual skills, experience, training, education/certifications, geographic location, internal equity, and local market conditions.
Location : In this US-based position your location will be hybrid remote in Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN area. The ideal candidate must live in the Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN area .

Envision Your Experience .
In this role you'll have the opportunity to:
- Proofread print and digital instructional materials, including books, catalogs, and digital curriculum, as well as ensuring alignment between products.
- Review product content for updates, errors, accuracy, sensitivity, relevance, and adherence to phonetic rules as taught in the Sonday System.
- Proof and edit customer training materials, promotional/sales materials, and website copy upon request.
- Fulfill content creation requests, including the development of PowerPoints, user guides, PDF mockups, and graphic assets.
- Collaborate both inside and outside the Product Management department to enhance product reach and improve functionalities.
- Propose, facilitate, and test technological enhancements to existing products.
- Create content, including student-facing text that aligns with the Sonday System scope and sequence of phonics skills.
- Lead projects as needed to ensure timely and efficient delivery of product updates.
- Work closely with authors, graphic designers, subject matter experts, web developers, and other vendors to create and revise content.
- Adhere to production schedules and manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Create polished and accurate deliverables for projects with competing deadlines.
- Maintain precise records of products, including SKUs, edition and version numbers, ISBNs, and correction copies.
- Efficiently locate files as required by the Product Management Department and other departments, including design files, project resources, product information, and correction records.
- Maintain timely communication via email with contributors to facilitate requests and then verify and document changes to products.
- Perform data input and oversee content uploads as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to complete RFP applications to states seeking educational material on short deadlines.
- Other duties as required.
Share Your Expertise .
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor's degree in education , English, Linguistics , or related field and 2 years of experience in educational or content editing; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Experience editing or writing children's reading materials optional but relevant.
- Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design—particularly in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and/or other tools such as Canva—is preferred.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed , and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to lead effectively, communicate clearly, and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
