If you succeed in this kind of projects, then being part of the COO Strategy team is for you! We're looking for a strategy-savvy and design minded intern to join our team. You'll be part researcher, part strategist and part creative producer.
Working with the Creative Strategist, you will help to build a library of resources that enables teams and diverse leaders to deliver the best strategic plans. If you are passionate about applying multimedia to support professional development and are eager to contribute to a creative strategy team, we encourage you to apply for this internship opportunity. This is a fully remote internship.
Responsibilities
Perform a needs analysis to uncover and recommend enablement solutions for business strategy including main topics, subjects, and categories
Build a list of necessary skills and learning objectives for the target audience
Work with the Creative Strategist to identify high value resources and best practices that address knowledge and skill gaps along important moments in our strategic planning process
Research, strategize, create, produce, and present assets to populate the COO Strategy Team's Resource Library. Assets include worksheets, playbooks, presentations, videos, learning pathways, expertise pieces, and curated third-party content
Develop and implement strategies to increase resource visibility, overall engagement, and improved learner experience
Manage a repository of learning assets, ensuring version control and accessibility for company partners
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Communications Design, Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field
Demonstrated passion and skills in strategy, research, storytelling, and asset production
Worked with Microsoft apps, with knowledge in other design software (Photoshop/InDesign)
Experience breaking down concepts and explaining them to different audiences
Knowledge of visual design including: typography, layout, balance, proportion, rhythm, emphasis, and unity
Interest in instructional design, adult learning theory, and multimedia development
Be autonomous and work in an ambiguous and energizing environment
Creative and positive attitude
Project management and organization skills

Salary Transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience, educational level, and geographic location, and can exceed this range.
For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting annualized intern base salary to be between:
- $47,840 and $95,680 (undergraduate students)
- $72,800 and $118,500 (Masters/MBA students)
- $118,560 and $162,240 (PhD students)
