Job Details
The Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing a data-driven end-to-end Demand Management Process, collaborating with stakeholders like Marketing, Countries, Digital Sales Managers, Presales and Delivery for discovery, planning, execution, and steering.
Responsibilities:
· Implement a comprehensive Demand Management Process that covers the entire lifecycle from discovery to planning to execution, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders
· Drive adoption and utilization of the Digital Hub sales engagement platform (Outreach), providing support on KPIs steering, including sequences, territory management, pipeline management, and team performance.
· Collaborate with all stakeholders to plan, build and execute licence and cloud services sales plays/sequences with relevant content for the right target.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement continuous improvement plans to optimize demand generation strategies.
· Collaborate with Marketing / Presales / Delivery teams to optimize and localize content
· Identify the best tools and providers for market data, segmentation tools to build the demand plan
· Collaborate with internal teams to identify the best tools for data profiling , to ensure usage/load in Outreach and to optimize data quality
