As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant in team Managed Service Delivery you will be responsible for crafting, developing, and implementing solutions that improve the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) module. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams to collect requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

- Development team Managed Service Delivery and Product Owners
- Service Now platform team
- Clients and users of our Managed Service Delivery platform
- Collaborate with collaborators to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Design and architect solutions for Customer Service Management (CSM) modules for our Software & Cloud Services with a strong emphasis on security, authentication and scalability.
- Build customized applications, integrations, and configurations that align with business requirements, following industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and fix to ensure the quality and stability of solutions.
- Implement system integrations to ensure detailed data flow between ServiceNow and other systems or third-party applications.
- Ensures that the configurations or customizations meet the requirements by providing automated tests with the coordinated Automated Testing Framework of ServiceNow.
- Fix and debug technical issues as they arise during development and testing phases.
