The Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Implementation Lead I whose role is to initiate, plan, organize, lead, deliver and control technology-based implementations that are routine in scope, budget and/or revenue.
Day in the Life
- Manage lower complexity implementations end to end.
- Manage project scope ensuring prerequisites are met and that solution sold aligns to client needs.
- Meet with clients and vendors to review specifications to determine options and facilitate meetings with key personnel.
- Provide consulting and guidance to client on the best approach to meet their business requirements for assigned implementations.
- Determine the scope and develop implementation plans for assigned deliverables and initiatives.
- Complete all requirements gathering necessary to build.
- Own and complete implementation planning including scope, schedule, tasks, deliverables, and budget.
- Facilitate all communication with the client.
- Analyze and report implementation risks to mitigate impact.
- Provide subject matter expertise on solution being implemented.
- Facilitate forms submissions to 3rd party entities to complete build work.
- Execute/build solutions that do not require coding.
- Lead and manage the implementation lifecycle to efficiently deliver multiple products, services, and initiatives.
- Provide post-implementation support and transition to client care.
- Effectively manage the delivery of internal initiatives, minor system or product enhancements, existing client implementations, and decommissions.
- Delivers effective, accurate, and consistent communication to delivery teams, management, external clients, and vendors.
- Understand interdependencies and lead times to develop a comprehensive schedule or priority task plan.
- Partner with technology leaders to confirm resources and availability, as applicable.
- Identify changes that impact scope, cost or schedule and initiates the appropriate change control and/or change management process.
- Establish process and documentation to optimize delivery of products and services.
- Provide timely reporting of implementation hours, status, performance, risks, and escalations.
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field plus one to two years project delivery management experience, product/ service/ solution delivery or equivalent training and/or experience required.
- Experience in the financial services industry, with card processing and payments solutions preferred.
- Experience with an ALM tool, such as Microsoft Azure, JIRA or VersionOne preferred.
- Experience with an Enterprise Project Management tool, such as Planview PPM Pro, Clarity, etc. preferred.
For California, Colorado and New York Applicants: In accordance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected salary range for this position is between:
$60,400.00 - $75,500.00Actual Pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
