- Achieve annual sales goals of Visa Direct, in partnership with account executives and sales teams.
- Take clients through the sales cycle from prospecting to solutioning to deal structure to contract.
- Develop sales strategy for sales acceleration, including assessing high potential client targets, use cases, verticals, etc.
- Work with existing Visa Account Executives to cross-sell Visa Direct solution where a good fit exists.
- Identify and sell to fintech, merchants, acquirers, processors, government, enablers to have them add Visa Direct to their portfolio of offerings to their clients.
- Lead client sales and account planning activities, pipeline strategy and drive opportunities across the Visa organization on behalf of your clients
- Work with Finance to ensure appropriate incentive structure, modeling and incentive deal review structure and approval process.
- Work with Legal to ensure client contracts that aim toa successful outcomes for both Visa and our clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients' industry, performance, benchmarking, and business to optimize and grow their real-time payment volume and revenue with Visa Direct.
- Collaborate with LAC and global commercialization team for use case expansion and across Visa Direct offerings (Card, Account and Wallet).
- Report on the status of accounts, including transactions and revenues (actuals vs budget vs forecast) on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Basic Qualifications
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
As the Money Movement Sales Director Non-Banks CarCAm, you are responsible for selling, managing and driving Visa Direct growth with Visa’s Acquirers, , Merchants and Fintech partners across the CarCAm region and regional Enablers. You will lead Visa Direct, VDA, Yellow Pepper VAS, B2B connect selling and account planning, development, and execution of growth strategies with your extended Visa teammates. Organizational savviness, interpersonal and negotiation skills are critical as the role will interface with multiple areas within the assigned clients’ organization as well as within Visa (partnered sales, marketing, pricing, legal, risk, and more). This is a critical revenue growth role on the Visa Direct sales team in a highly visible position. You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, high intellectual curiosity to learn new concepts and business models with the ability to lead a team to adapt and thrive in the fast-paced environment.
