Position Overview
Autodesk is looking for a content creator to lead planning and execution of thought leadership content that supports Autodesk account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns in the Americas region. You'll bring your passion for journalism and storytelling to help Autodesk engage executives and influencers within Autodesk strategic accounts, building awareness and preference for the Autodesk brand and generating measurable business results.
You'll be a member of Autodesk's Content & SEO team, reporting to the director of thought leadership research and ABM content. As an experienced content producer and collaborator, you embody a deep curiosity and desire to understand the world through the eyes of our intended audiences. With these insights, you'll work with teams to plan, produce, and publish a rich library of content that captivates the attention of leaders in design and make industries and inspires them to action.
You'll partner with Americas marketing and sales teams to understand target audience needs and local priorities to deliver content that scales to support integrated, multichannel, multitouch ABM campaigns across enterprise, mid-market, and territory accounts. As part of a global content team, you'll also work with EMEA and APJ ABM content lead team members to ensure content is adapted and reused to achieve scale.
This role can be hybrid or remote if there is no Autodesk office in your area.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to produce thought leadership content supporting Americas ABM campaigns
- Understand the needs of members of the account-based buying committee , especially executives, and translate them into content plans
- Work with partners within Autodesk to identify and address content gaps across the customer journey
- Align with EMEA and APJ content leads to ensure global content consistency and scalability
- Advocate for the Autodesk brand differentiators and activate them through compelling content
Minimum Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in journalism and programmatic content publishing
- Understanding of account-based marketing strategies and methodologies
- Familiarity with market requirements and related dynamics across the Americas region
- Experience with content marketing and audience nurturing to attract and engage audiences
- Strong writer, editor, and content producer with the ability to nurture that skill in others
- Experienced at setting goals, defining workloads, managing calendars, and reporting on outcomes
- Comfortable leading creative agencies and building / managing freelance contractor network
- Confidence communicating across an ecosystem of influencers and teams
- Show courage in conflict and open others up to new ideas
- Ability to travel sporadically
