- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in journalism, public relations, internal or executive communications, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in writing and copyediting.
- Experience with content authoring tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail, with ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.
- Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
- Awareness of YouTube consumer product areas.
- Tooling proficiency for content production (e.g., Figma, Composer, Asana, Pulse).
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $72,000-$108,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Create and deliver scaled help content with direct guidance. Assist with identification of appropriate presentation format, style and design, ensure content accuracy, and execute content strategies based on data analytics and understanding of best practices.
- Create and deliver end-to-end content with direct guidance including, mock designs for A/B experimentation, training LLMs with Q/A pairs, and non-GTM updates.
- Take direction from Comms Strategists, vertical lead, and content and innovation to execute content changes throughout the consumer product life cycle.
