What You Will Do:
- Gather and analyze post implementation data solutions trending to identify opportunities for improvements.
- Ownership of activities that lead to improvements in the professional services customer experience.
- Communicate with Customers, Commercial Operations, Field Service, Technical Support, Sales Support, Sales and Marketing organizations to gather information necessary to carry out customer experience investigations.
- Provide outstanding support with customer experience investigation updates to internal and external customers.
- Work with multifunctional teams (Ex: R&D, Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Implementation, Field Service, and Sales) to drive resolution for data solution products and services issues.
- Support and communicate with complaint handling function to ensure trending information is accurate and up to date.
- Support engineering quality assurance engineering responsibilities after launch with post implementation monitoring and voice of customer.
- Provide post implementation trending for data solutions product and services to the organization.
- As necessary provide on sight troubleshooting and investigation resolution.
- Triage nonmedical device complaint customer and sales inquiries for resolution.
- Subject matter expert across Emergency Care products.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or another technical field
- 4 plus years of related experience
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a regulated environment
- Experience investigating, troubleshooting and root causing
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to solve problems in a high stress situation and to make effective decisions.
- Ability to work in a multi-functional team environment.
- Eagerness to assist internal and external customers.
- Manage projects in a timely manner.
- Ability to conduct and document technical investigation.
