Role Description:
The role of the Sr. Director will be to build and manage the Global and AMER operations for the Salesforce Innovation Center (SIC). This team will be responsible for implementing a global governance model across our 9 global SIC Centers, leading the infrastructure, systems, tools, processes & content strategy. This individual will be responsible for leading a team and partnering with various internal and external teams to ensure the success and growth of the global infrastructure and programs. They will lead the team to build a newly formed function, drive global alignment and partnership with cross functional team members. This position requires strong analytical, organizational and coordination skills and the ability to communicate to and work with executive management, sales leadership and other key collaborators to ensure the success of these engagements in this dynamic & fast-paced environment. You will have experience in building scalable programs and demonstrate the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities:
Launch, manage & ensure the success of the Global team
Lead the team to design and implement a new governance model to ensure the alignment of Global SIC Teams, internal regional leadership, REWS (Real Estate Workplace Services) and BT (Business Technology).
Build alignment to create a global tiering model for our Centers and Global V2MOM with cross functional partners.
Lead the team to drive Global Alignment and Partnership:
Create a Global SIC steering committee of “power users” and sales leaders, providing feedback and direction on program initiatives, updates, and obstacles.
Develop a process to use customer feedback to find opportunities for program improvement across the globe, and determine the proper prioritization.
Create a north star - consistent and differentiated SIC brand story and promise - that can be used to inform global SIC marketing materials, internal process improvements, and end-customer experiences.
Drive Operational Excellence, Tools and Systems Innovation for the SIC:
Lead the Global team to set the strategic direction, and make necessary updates, to the SIC Object and internal tools and partner with BT (Business Technology) on the product roadmap to drive innovation and meet business demand
Oversee the “rhythm of the business” reporting on global metrics, CSAT scores, processes and tools to empower regional team’s self-service
Provide a framework for a differentiated, high quality, demo experience within the SIC by partnering with internal demo teams, BT (Business Technology), and creative services. Enable and empower regional teams to replicate across the globe.
Create Global Consistency:
Create the global communication assets necessary for a premium sales program, including field marketing and enablement, customer communications, and SIC standard process playbooks
Be the steward of the global Discussion Leader (DLE) program, by creating & innovating current DLE systems and tools
Ensure alignment and consistency across regional SIC teams and global Salesforce events.
Package programs and offerings, work w/ cross functional teams to create global offerings, customer journeys & regional playbooks.
Job Requirements:
15+ years of relevant professional experience
Experience leading and inspiring a team
Able to effectively establish rapport, credibility, and influence across all levels and departments both internal and external
Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $192,800 to $294,100. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $210,400 to $320,800.
