The Google Cloud Platform team helps customers transform and evolve their business through the use of Google’s global network, web-scale data centers and software infrastructure. The Cloud Marketing team is looking for people who can help us write and tell the story of our customer's journey. Understanding the power of our products and how they impact businesses, you will help share how we provide our customers with the best solutions for innovation. If you’re as excited about building what’s next as we are, Google Cloud is the place for you.
As the Global Startup Campaign Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving demand for one of Google Cloud’s priority audiences - startups.
You will be responsible for the strategy, planning and successful delivery of scalable, high-converting demand campaigns, events, and programs. You’ll work with Sales to identify key startup segments, user needs, and corresponding Google Cloud solutions. You’ll develop messaging that resonates with your audience and incorporating broader Google Cloud narratives to tell a consistent, compelling, benefits-driven story - leading with the value to the audience and including claims, customer references, and differentiators to bring it to life.
In this role, you’ll partner with the Global Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, and Sales Development teams to define an impactful bill-of-materials. You’ll create the content, assets, programs and offers, deploy them in regions, and track the impact against targets and optimize. In addition, you’ll be responsible for the strategy, planning and successful delivery of executive-level Google Cloud events, identify and test new approaches to driving demand, and track and optimize performance.
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.
