Our Impact:

• Our group is responsible for conducting quality control reviews of loans purchased by Freddie Mac.

• Single Family Quality Control (QC) ensures that the loans purchased by Freddie Mac meet the terms of business under which they were delivered.

• Inform data users about the quality of the loans purchased by Freddie Mac.

Your Impact:

• Participate in the development of documentation (job aids, tools, procedures) to maximize efficiency of resources to meet department goals and objectives while mitigating risk and providing value to other areas within Freddie Mac.

• Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that positively impact the organization's operation.

• Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.

• Make updates as directed to QC policy and procedure documentation

• Solicit and synthesize feedback on proposed Guide or Terms of Business changes impacting QC

• Participate in the process of updating Guide language

• Add documents to SharePoint lists/libraries as well as edit user facing SharePoint pages to provide quick link

• Share ideas for operational improvements

Qualifications:

• Typically has minimum of 5 years related experience

• College Degree or equivalent work experience

• Mortgage related experience preferred, and moderate to strong MS Office and Excel skills

• Intermediate knowledge of SharePoint preferred, including experience creating lists and document/form libraries, and use of web parts.

Freddie Mac offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and market-leading benefit programs. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $97,000 - $145,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
