- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in management consulting, or an operations-related function, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt, Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar.
- Experience designing, implementing, and testing processes and controls for enterprise resource planning (ERP) transformation projects.
- Experience leading complex process improvement projects and influencing and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience applying statistical methods, SQL, dashboard design.
- Excellent Data Analysis and Project Management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

The Revenue to Cash Operations (RCO) team manages Google's incoming cash transactions on a global basis and ensures that Google's incoming cash processes are controlled, effective, and efficient.

- Partner with key stakeholders, engineering and vendors to improve complex financial processes, perform effective escalation management.
- Provide invoice data analysis, operational monitoring, troubleshooting, and error resolution to prevent inaccuracies, reduce process latency, and drive process excellence.
- Provide performance reporting and analysis to executive management.
- Manage outsourced operational activity, including Service Level Agreements, adherence to documented processes, and quality of results performed by third-party vendors.
- Ensure tax, Sarbanes Oxley, local entity compliance, readiness on supporting new and existing functionality.
