As a Product Management Intern in Relativity's Data Ingestion Group, you will help us think strategically about the future of our products. You will work with sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, and product management to understand use cases and create solutions.
In this internship you will focus on one or more of the following: - DIG Application Adoption
- Review, analyze usage statistics and make recommendations to improve overall adoption of DIG Applications (IE, Collect, LH and Purview)
- Work with Sales, CSMs and Marketing to understand various uses cases
- Create Epics and stories for PM and Engineering to drive product adoption
- Establish criteria for an active user of the applications as opposed to one time
- Support our objective to increase data ingested through Collect to 350TB in 2024
- Become proactive in the identification of repetitive errors and apply a Six Sigma approach to resolution
- Work with Engineering and PMs to establish an automated, efficient, and consistent approach to identifying problems/errors
- Dashboard - Highlighting Failures, Types of failures, Impact to customers and Relativity support
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Forensics, Engineering, or Design or comparable work experience
- Passionate about software products and data analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectually curious
- Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.
- This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus target of 0%, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $43,000 and $55,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
