As the market leader in Assured Integrated Reporting, Workiva relies on analyst insights to shape strategy, influence customers, and accelerate our global growth. The Senior Director of Analyst Relations will work across the organization, collaborating with Product and Customer and Partner Experience (CPX), to develop Workiva's next-generation analyst relations program. Reporting to the Vice President of Growth and Customer Marketing, you will develop and drive analyst relations strategy; build strategic relationships, enhance market perception, and communicate important platform and solution updates. Your leadership will influence analysts' views of Workiva, contributing to long-term growth in various industries and geographic markets.
This leader will turn a deep understanding of our platform and solution roadmaps and growth strategy into high-impact engagement with leading analyst firms. This is a highly visible role and you’ll be a trusted partner to senior leaders across the organization, earning your seat at the strategy table. We’re looking for someone as comfortable developing a strategy as they are executing against a plan.
What You Will DoCultivate and maintain strong relationships with influential industry analysts, shaping strategic priorities and initiatives
Set and drive performance benchmarks to establish Workiva as a market leader, reflected in analyst reports and content
Develop an engagement plan to facilitate continuous feedback with key analysts through inquiries, briefings, and advisory sessions
Regularly communicate the company’s strategy, platform and solution roadmaps to analysts
Coordinate and manage analyst briefings, inquiries, and events involving cross-functional team members and key executives, including on-site advisory days and participation in key analyst events and summits
Track analysts' competitive analyses to inform product management and marketing strategies, and share insights internally
Leverage analyst insights and references effectively to enhance Workiva’s market presence, demand generation, and sales enablement
Monitor analyst report calendars for upcoming research reports and coverage
Collaborate cross-functionally to craft comprehensive analyst report responses, including questionnaires, presentations, and demos
Oversee all aspects of analyst relations operations, including contract and budget management
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
12+ years of experience in analyst relations or related functions: industry analysis/research, marketing, or corporate communications.

Preferred Qualifications:
A proven track record of scaling leading analyst relations programs
Managing analyst relations teams for technology companies is a plus
A strong understanding of accounting, finance, audit, risk, and sustainability concepts, trends, and industry dynamics is a plus
Expert understanding of leading industry research firms and industry influencers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling, analyst-focused materials and content
Travel Requirement
Up to 40%
