The Digital Technology Program Management Office is currently searching for a seasoned professional in Program Management to be the Program Manager of the Collins DT Redwood initiative. Redwood is Collins divestiture critical to the portfolio shaping activities for Collins. The Program Manager role will lead the Collins Digital side of the Redwood divestiture and will be a member of the overall Collins Separation Management Office (SMO). The Redwood Program Manager is responsible for the overall Collins Digital execution on the project, maintaining a collaborative productive relationship with the buyer/Actuation and for schedule/budget adherence for the Digital side of the program.

What YOU will do:
You will lead for the Collins Digital Redwood team comprised of Collins indirect reporting consisting of Collins DT leads/teams, RTX Enterprise Services and consulting support.
You will manage and drive our consulting relationship with our consulting partner Ernst and Young on the support of the Collins DT Redwood activities.
You will represent Collins DT on the Collins Redwood SMO.
You will drive program execution to the expectations of the Collins Management System; including implementation of management decision gates to validate project goals, scope, budget, schedule, and to ensure effective program implementation.
You will ensure effective execution for the overall program. Drive processes and meeting cadences for scope management, risk and opportunity management, financial reporting, technical reviews, issue escalation, and stakeholder communications across the program.
You will lead Digital teams on effective risk/opportunity management and issue resolution.
You will develop and maintain a productive/collaborative relationship with the project’s stakeholders including the buyer, the Collins SMO and the Actuation business.

You will learn how to effectively execute Merger/Acquisition and Divestiture projects in the Collins/RTX methodologies.
Education & Experience:
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 18 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications you must have:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Demonstrated history of success in multiple positions of increasing scope and responsibility, with a significant duration of experience and expertise spanning qualifications of this role.
Have experience partnering with a variety of customers, stakeholders, and teams to develop and deliver complex systems and services.
Have experience complex programs including program financials, risk and opportunity management, schedule and scope management, and other project management fundamentals.
Communicate effectively and efficiently with a wide variety of stakeholders, including the buying company and RTX/Collins executive leadership.
Ability to travel up to 30%, including international travel.
Skills We Value:
Experience with relationship management including an external customer.
Experience with program management systems including manpower planning, program scheduling, cost controls and earned value management.
Experience working in a government and/or manufacturing environment.
Experience in operations and production flow management including supply chain oversight.
Knowledge of aerospace contracts
Experience with proposal preparation and customer negotiations preparation.
Knowledge of aerospace policies, procedures and system requirements including quality, manufacturing, and program management

The salary range for this role is 171,000 USD - 343,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
