OverviewThe Sr. Manager, Process is a key role of the newly founded Global Agriculture Office, reporting to Sr. Director, Agriculture Digital Integration. This individual will play a pivotal role in advancing PepsiCo’s digital capabilities in Agriculture, providing insights to farmers and our agro teams that drive security of supply productivity gains and advance PepsiCo’s supply/sourcing agenda. This role is responsible for steering the delivery of PepsiCo’s agriculture data and digital foundation, reporting and analytics tools and solutions, and implementing the solutions across PepsiCo’s strategic markets. This individual will have the opportunity to work on truly global projects, collaborate closely with various IT and business teams across all global markets. This role demands deep engagement with sector and market partners, requiring the creation of tailored communication assets. This involves adapting engagement strategies, including board work sessions and discussions, to ensure alignment with business objectives and successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain productive relationships with senior leaders across business units as well as varies S&T functions.
- Determine a framework and data template across 5 global business sectors, integrating legacy systems and formats, align requirements and needs across, analyzing current states and conduct gap analysis, working with sector leader to align implementation process and manage deployment for all business sectors.
- Lead solutioning of business problems, source and adopt 3rd party technology solutions in partnership with PepsiCo Labs and external innovation
- Align and manage the KPIs reporting process across sectors, design and maintain dashboards and tracking system.
- Act as point of escalation when unexpected issues and/or new requirements are surfaced, and tactfully guide those issues to resolution.
- Help business SMEs convert high level needs into fundable and executable projects by defining scope, requirements, value propositions / business cases, and estimates of technical work required to deliver.
- Play key leadership role in Ag Tech pipeline at PepsiCo, keep abreast of both internal technologies and solutions (e.g., new technical solutions being developed by our own innovation teams) and external technologies and solutions relevant to agriculture capabilities.
- Be accountable for milestone deliverables of digital capability roadmap and prioritize the execution of continuous improvement for all solutions and problem-solving.
- Coordinate technical development of the data fabric, set up strategy to source, integrate and map historical data into new data environment.
- Lead and facilitate engagement with sector business leaders, IT technical members, and enterprise architects to align analytics solutions with global agriculture strategies, support enterprise direction, and drive cost efficiencies.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $114,700 - $192,100 based on a full-time schedule.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- B.S. or M.S. in Agriculture Science, Engineering, Computer Science or Business Administration
- 5+ years’ experience in digital process implementation
- 5+ years’ experience in working with data and analytics.
- 7+ years’ experience in Project Management / Delivery
- 3+ years’ experience working with international markets.
- Experience in managing and executing digital agriculture is highly preferred.
- Experience in cross functional product or process development, leading with influence.
- Ability to navigate complex global programs with multiple project dependencies across multiple landing years.
- Strong organizational/prioritization skills with ability to manage complex projects or multiple projects with demonstrated flexibility/adaptability.
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence team members at all levels.
- Demonstrated understanding of how to incorporate business needs into technical decisions.
- Ability to embrace change and flexibility, while working with their team to prioritize and provide solutions in an ever-changing and often ambiguous environment.
- Experience developing and translating business requirements to scalable solutions
- Ability to translate data to actionable insights
Differentiating Competencies
- Experience with cross functional process implementation at a Food and/or Agriculture company
- Solid business understanding of agriculture with a quick acumen for new subject areas.
- Demonstrated experience working in a global environment, international experience is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience as a user of data or with data/technical teams to inform product roadmaps, envision and define programs, write detailed functional specifications, and deliver projects with excellence.
- Proven record in delivering strategic changes, results, and customer expectations.
- Strong communications and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities with ambiguity.
