• Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

- Foundry Services: Operate services providing flexible, recurring resource capacity for client initiatives, projects, tasks, and enhancement
- Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications & products
Qualifications
Required
- Strong Experience in developing dashboards and reports with WebFocus version 8.2 or higher and Power BI
- Experience with a relational databases, such as DB2, Oracle, SQL Server and/or Teradata
- Experience in supporting application integrations involving Mainframe, InfoPac, WebFOCUS is good to have
- Experience with Microsoft's Power BI Desktop. experience with Microsoft's Power BI Report Server. Experience with Microsoft's Windows Server. Experience with Microsoft's SQL Server Database
- Experience with Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) tools, such as Informatica, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- Experience with Dimensional Modeling
- Ability to create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI
- Ability to identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently
- Ability to analyze data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making
- Ability to be able to convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide the timeline to accomplish tasks
- Ability to design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis
- Ability to perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI
- Ability to create charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a highly collaborative, collegial, multidisciplinary fast paced team environment and meet requested deadlines promptly
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
