Roles and Responsibilities:
* Develop new integration processes using Mulesoft to enhance support and enable monitoring capabilities.
* Monitor production platform for CPU, Memory, and Disk usage, addressing potential issues proactively.
* Resolve system and data issues in deployed applications within production environments.
* Deploy Integration applications to Production and Non-Production environments using out-of-the-box deployment tools or Jenkins jobs.
* Collaborate with Developers to triage production bugs and ensure timely resolution.
* Coordinate with Release Management to align with deployment cadences.
* Manage a queue of cases, collaborating with users and support teams to troubleshoot production issues.
* Support User Acceptance Testing by working with Product Owners and BSA.
* Validate and sign off on functionalities in collaboration with Product Owners and BSA.
* Participate in Technical Design review discussions with Solution Architects, providing valuable feedback.
* Develop scripts to automate and enhance the support process.
* Create reports, dashboards, or alerts to monitor production applications proactively.
* Document support processes, standard operational procedures, and support reference manuals.
* Maintain and ensure 100% compliance with all written security policies, SOX procedures, and change management controls.
Experience/Skills Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical education (B.E/B.Tech).
* Overall 5+ years of experience in IT and 3+ years of relevant experience in Mulesoft.
* Profound knowledge on the Anypoint Platform, emphasizing strong administrative capabilities.
* Expertise in API Security, Gateways, and Policies.
* Proficient in developing and managing RESTful Services, APIs, and associated tools.
* Solid command of SQL with experience across various databases.
* Hands-on experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) platforms and tools.
* Proficiency in working with Version Control Systems, with a preference for Git/GitHub.
* Practical experience with Cloud Technologies, such as AWS, GCP, etc.
* Familiarity with Anypoint, Splunk, Tableau, or other Monitoring and Logging tools.
* Competence in Vault and Server/Client Certificate Management.
* MCD Certified.
* Good understanding of Java or Java-based technologies
* Good understanding of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model and concepts
* Proven experience in an Agile software development environment (Scrum).
* Familiarity with Software Release Management principles and methodology
* Demonstrated understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) design principles and best practices.
* Excellent verbal and written technical documentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams across different geographies.
* Eagerness to learn and master unfamiliar technologies and concepts.
* Strong analytical and technical skills.
Experience/Skills Desired:
* Hands-on experience with Cloudhub 2.0, showcasing advanced proficiency in cloud-based integration.
* Familiarity with force.com, demonstrating additional capabilities in Salesforce-related operations and support.
* Additional certifications such as MCD2, MCIA, or MCPA, highlighting a commitment to continuous professional development and mastery of MuleSoft technologies.
* Automation skills, including expertise in scripting and tools for streamlining operational processes and enhancing efficiency.
