Primary Responsibilities:
- Incident Identification
- Incident Logging & Escalation
- Investigation & Diagnosis
- Application Monitoring
- Issues escalation to Next Level
- Resolution & Recovery
- Resolving incidents by taking appropriate actions, such as applying workarounds, or engaging relevant support teams or vendors for assistance
- Utilizing remote monitoring tools and technologies to continuously monitor the health, performance, and availability of IT systems, networks, servers, applications, and other infrastructure components
- Performing system administration tasks remotely, such as user management, access control, configuration management, and patch management
- Optimizing system performance remotely by analyzing performance data, identifying bottlenecks, tuning configurations, and implementing performance enhancements
- Executing the batch jobs as per the defined schedule
- Error Handling and Logging:
- Monitoring the progress and status of batch jobs
- Tracking job execution, identifying any issues or delays, and generating reports or notifications to keep stakeholders informed about job completion, success, or failure
- Optimizing the scheduling of batch jobs to minimize resource conflicts, maximize system efficiency, and ensure timely execution
- Basic, structured, standard approach to work
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 3 + years of IT Experience in supporting L1 and L2 Operations
- Experience is Monitoring Tools
- Experience is SQL and Custom scripts writing
